STANDARD SHIPPING
For items in stock, orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends). Mailed-in orders may take slightly longer. If an item is temporarily unavailable or if shipping is delayed over 7-10 business days, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. All shipments require a street address.
Packages going to P.O. Boxes are shipped by the U.S.P.S. Priority Service. If you have a physical address where you receive both UPS and U.S. Mail, we strongly encourage you to enter that for your Shipping Address, HOWEVER, make sure you enter your BILLING ADDRESS for your order exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You will receive return instructions with your order.
Please note that you are required to pay return
shipping charges. All returns must be made within
30 days of receipt. Refunds exclude the original
shipping and handling charges.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrived damaged from shipping,
please call Customer Service toll free immediately
at 1-866-FromSSN (376-6776) for instructions.
OUR GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return
it within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund
(excluding shipping and handling). Please be
aware that opened nutritional supplements and
personal care items cannot be returned for a full
refund. But if you used your purchase for a while
and just aren't happy with it, call Customer
Service. We will make every effort to reach a
happy solution for both of us.
